How does the Home Delivered Meals Program work?

When you call in to apply for the 

program, someone from our  social services department will make an appointment to visit you at home for an evaluation.  After acceptance into the program, participants receive one hot meal

Monday through Friday.  Follow-up evaluations usually occur within six to twelve months, unless other arrangements are made.  To apply for the Home Delivered Meals Program, contact Cathy at
