Immediate Opening for a Kitchen Assistant

Our Kitchen prepares meals for our on-site lunch program as well as the Home Delivered Meals programs.  The assistant's duties will include but aren't limited to:
  • wrapping silverware
  • prep work
  • assembling meals for the Home Delivered Meals program
  • washing dishes
  • preparing trays for the on-site lunch
  • general cleaning
A current food handler's card is required.  This is a part time position.  The hours are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  No evenings, weekends, or holidays. HOME HEALTH AIDES NEEDED

Local Senior Center seeks individuals to work one-on-one in the homes of the elderly and disabled in Monongalia County. Duties include, but not limited to, assisting individuals with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, walking, cooking, cleaning, and Alzheimers respite.  

YOU tell US when you want to work.  Clients receive care generally M-F, daytime hours. No mandated stayovers. No. weekends. No holidays. We can offer as little as 4 hours per week, up to 39 hours per week.  Paid client to client travel time!

FREE TRAINING is provided. Upon successful completion of training class, applicants that desire to pursue employment will be considered for immediate hire.

ust be able to pass a finger print background check

​  Current CPR/First Aid card is required, but arrangements can be made to obtain if hired.​
 

Basic computer skills are helpful, but not required.
