Group Exercise

Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays
10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Getting moving is the first step to having better health and a happier outlook on life.  Sometimes beginning an exercise routine is the hardest part.  Senior Monongalians offers a wonderful fitness group for all levels of fitness.

The Group Exercise Class is guided by various long time members.  The exercises consist of strength training, flexibility, and balance components.  They can be done sitting in a chair or standing up.

There are no membership fees or obligations.  The only requirment is having fun.
