Volunteer Opportunities 

Food Delivery Assistant
Volunteer assists in the delivery of home delivered meals and meals to other senior centers as well as senior apartments.  A friendly disposition and the ability to lift 20 is required.

Kitchen Assistant
Volunteers help with wrapping silverware, delivering lunch trays to those seniors unable to stand, passing out cartons of milk, and serving food on the lunch line.

Senior Monongalians highly values our volunteers.  As a nonprofit agency we would not be able to meet our goals without the hard work and dedication of volunteers.  Not only does volunteering help our agency but it gives volunteers a sense of pride, community, and well-being.
