Office Assistant
The volunteer would assist in a variety of offices with general clerical duties.

 Duties could include filing, assembling mailings, copying, helping with monthly luncheon registration, and/or other projects.  

Decorating
Volunteers will help decorate the center for each monthly event.

Food Delivery Assistant
Volunteer assists in the delivery of home delivered meals and meals to other senior centers as well as senior apartments.  A friendly disposition and the ability to lift 20 lbs is required.

Kitchen Assistant
Volunteers help with wrapping silverware, delivering lunch trays to those seniors unable to stand, passing out cartons of milk, and serving food on the lunch line.

Senior Monongalians highly values our volunteers!  As a nonprofit agency we would not be able to meet our goals without the hard work and dedication of volunteers.  Not only does volunteering help our agency, it also gives volunteers a sense of pride, community, and well-being.

Senior Monongalians holds a volunteer meeting every 2 weeks on Tuesday morning at 10:00 a.m.  We welcome you to join us for these meetings to see what our volunteers have planned.  Check the date of our next volunteer meeting on our Events page.
